Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By joining the BuildCircle waitlist or making a payment you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Waitlist service

The waitlist is a pre-launch service. By signing up you reserve a spot to be notified when BuildCircle launches. Signing up does not guarantee any specific launch date or feature set.

3. Founding Member payment

The ₹499 Founding Member payment is a one-time, non-refundable fee that grants: • BuildCircle Pro access for as long as BuildCircle operates • Founding Member badge on your profile • First access on launch day • Your name in the credits "Pro forever" means Pro access at no additional charge for the lifetime of the product. If BuildCircle ceases operations, no refund will be issued beyond what is required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.

4. Refund policy

Founding Member payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If the product does not launch within 24 months of your payment date, you may request a full refund by emailing support@buildcircle.in.

5. User content

You own the content you submit (community names, posts, etc.). By submitting content you grant BuildCircle a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not: • Submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service • Use the service to send unsolicited commercial communications • Impersonate any person or entity

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildCircle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
